How to send fax from RingCentral to FaxExtension?

Send fax from RingCentral using the FaxExtension cover page

You can send fax from RingCentral to FaxExtension by following these steps:

  1. Create the cover page using 808sendfax.com online tool and enter the recipient’s extension number.
  2. Save the created PDF document.
  3. Open the RingCentral app on your desktop or web browser.
  4. Click the + icon on the top right and select Send new fax.
  5. In the upper right corner, click the New fax icon.
  6. In the popup window, enter the FaxExtension main number +1 808-736-3329 (i.e., +1 808-SEND-FAX) in the To field.
  7. Click Add cover page and enter a name for your cover page in the Cover page name field.
  8. Drag and drop the previously created FaxExtension cover page file into the window, or click anywhere in the window to locate this file on your computer, then upload it.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Add additional information under the Notes section (optional).
  11. To attach files to your fax, click the Attach files icon and select the files from your computer.
  12. To send the fax immediately, click Send now. 

This method only works for FaxExtension recipients with the main fax number +1 808-SEND-FAX (+1 808-736-3329). It may not work with other fax providers.
